Dr. Tze is an associate professor with the Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Maine in Wood Science in 2003. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Tennessee through 2005 and then was hired as a faculty member at the University of Minnesota.
